We want to change our season tickets from in the South Stand, to the East Stand.
If we do this before the July 21st deadline, will we get them for the early renewal price? Or will we have to pay ad if it’s a new purchase?

I was as confident as you vat until the last couple of days. Its looking decidedly similar to last close season. Not happy Gilks has gone before a replacement has been signed. Looking like we will lose quite a few more as well. Cookie has his work cut out shaping the squad.

I was really confident especially when sharpe stated he would like to keep the bulk of the squad from last season together. Gilks first to go. Does this mean powell & burn to follow?
If we keep the squad we have as vat said we should be up there as serious contenders no doubt but signs are we will have another major rebuild. Thomas and Dunkley coming in suggests that Burn and Buxton will leave though I hope not. Cookie hopefully knows who he wants to bring in so we will have to play the waiting game.

Neither Burn or Buxton are comfortable ‘ball players’. Perhaps he’s after a bit more athleticism and on the ball ability at the back, rather than just hitting it long.

But hey, it’s time people backed Paul Cook and put some trust in him. We’ve landed a manager here who has come from a bigger club, admittedly they’ve been lower in recent seasons. But that’s only due to their punishment for a previous owners misdemeanours. As a club, they’re a big club, and yet for whatever reason, we have managed to nick their championship winning manager. An absolute coup for Latics, do perhaps people should just get behind him and let him and his backroom team do their job.
Burn…Buxton…anybody from last season. If Paul doesn’t fancy them, I won’t cry about it. Burn was like Bambi on ice until February…6’7 and a poor header of a ball. How? And Buxton? A slugger of a defender coming to the arse end of his career.
Enough said.
