Rotherham seem to be interested in young Tavernier. We apparently seem to be interested in Derbyshire. If they were to give us say two million plus Derbyshire for Tavernier that would be a bit of good business, provided there were some major sell on clauses if they were to move Tavernier on.

What a journey!8 July 2015 at 7:38 pm #143130Tavernier has gained promotion twice from this division in the last 2 seasons.
We must keep him.
8 July 2015 at 7:45 pm #143131Interestingly enough Eric Black now been made 1st team coach at Rotherham

Correct. We want players used to this level so he is exactly what we want.
8 July 2015 at 9:46 pm #143136I would have had him playing last season and defo the coming season. Problem could be he may be on too much money to be playing for us at the present level so we may have to let him go along with the others.

Joe Parkinson has stepped up and replaced him, that’s got to be a good move.
8 July 2015 at 10:45 pm #143141Joe Parky for me is the best all round football mon at the club. A proper player. Closely followed by Pey Atherton. I’d have liked to have seen them 2 in overall charge if I’m honest.

9 July 2015 at 12:00 pm #143146Why is it that everytime were linked with a new player up pops an article about another playing leaving ?
Does anyone know the figures on the clubs who have signed/released the most players ? we must be up there because every season for the past 3 we have not added 1 or 2 players but built a new team then expect to hit the ground running.
I expect Waghorn and Holt will be gone soon
