Surely it is more economic to produce and send out the season tickets in one hit rather then sending them out on demand? The later you can leave it, the better.
Get the majority out of the way in one hit and then deal with the one offs afterwards. Its how i would do it.

I got mine delivered by Bob personally with my choice of a free exec box or car park space for the season. Something to do with being on the light side last season.
