Do you have to open up a thread to then post a new one ? There is no option to write a new thread before you do that or have I not looked properly ?

Oh and one more thing the old site used to open up a new tab for links and this one doesn’t ? Can it be changed ?

On my list of threads there’s a “New Topic” button at the top.

If I click on ” Active Topics ” There is nothing unless you click on one of the threads !

If you are viewing ‘active topics’ there can’t be a ‘new topic’ icon as it displays all the different forum topics, it wouldn’t know which forum you would want to post in.

I hope I haven’t just made that up, it seems logical.

I saved the wrong page to favourites ! But what about the new tab thing for links ?

We haven’t as yet worked out how to do it, but when John gets a minute, I’m sure he’ll have a look at it…. saying that, when i finish updating tonight, I will try to have a look at it.

It is quite annoying innit???

Whilst we are trying to get it to work automatically (and not having much luck), for all your information, if you hold the shift key whilst clicking the link, it will open up in a new window…. not ideal I know, but less hassle than clicking back.

Apologies Trent.. I put that before i tried it and indeed it does work…
there is no need for me to be involved in this conversation as id rather it not open up a new tab and just click on the ‘cockney latic message centre’ bit and go back
