Can I suggest that as the numbers grow maybe a no autographs and posing for pics policy ! Just clapping, singing and cheering as I think it would become a bind for them !

Totally disagree.
As soon as they stop autographs etc, they take away the connection with the supporters and it becomes a ‘them and us’ scenario. Wigan Athletic should never become that type of club.

Think about it Jonny ! Fighting their way through a throng of fans every week would become a bind ! I am not getting at anybody here and there is a time for autographs and stuff ( Usually after the game !) It may be ok now as it is fairly intimate but can you imagine a couple of hundred !!!

Footballers are a fickle breed my friend !! Anyway it was just an idea with no negativity !

If we were Arsenal or Utd, I’d agree with you. But, we’re Wigan, and I think it’s a good thing.At the very least it shows them that not everyone is waiting to boo them at the first opportunity.

1) Like I said I have never used the Karma thing ( On my Son’s life ! )
2) It was a tongue in cheek remark because it was brought to my attention that my Karma thing was – God knows what ! I hadn’t noticed not having ever used it !
