Keeping quiet and feeling a bit battered and waiting until the end of the summer window to pick up the scraps. Seem to be in a pickle. Hope that’s not rubbing salt in the wounds but he cant be that enthusiastic after watching these puddings this season. Only codding, we havn’t had our chips yet but its hard to paper over the cracks but if he can eat some humble pie he will be back and curry us along to a large portion of happiness next season and if Grandad opens the till we will rock and wont skate on thin ice again.
I remember DW being constantly slagged off for not keeping his trap shut and now it seems his successor is being questioned for doing just that. It beggars belief. What do you want him to say exactly?
Bloody Hell, what do you want from the lad ? He’s only just taken over, still settling in.. and what do you want him to say ? State the obvious ? He knows the position we are in as well as we do, what do you want him to say that will make you feel better ? I’m sure after our fate is sealed he will talk to us and tell us his plans for the future, but until this horrible horrible season is done with, then don’t expect anything.
The guy has made quite a positive impression on me so far in the interviews I have heard.
I do hope he is working hard in the background on putting changes in place.
He has to get new Directors on board, implement the new player recruitment organisation that he talked about etc.Day to day issues (including interviews) are for others to manage and he needs to focus on his 1-5 year plan.

Within minutes of our fate being decided, our chairman to his credit has spoken on the official website. Not on my pc so can’t post the link but he is making all the right noises. Let’s get behind him and GC next season and let the good times role.

Been impressed with how the Chairman has spoken since he took over the reins. All I want from him is for him to do his best for the club and be honest with us fans about the decisions he makes. Just do that and we’ll be fine

Not being funny but I ain’t spunking another 300 and odd quid on a season ticket if they are going to revert to the mind numbing style that Martinez had us sit through with fuck all to show for it ( FA Cup tactics were completely different! )Can you imagine that style of play in League One!
