30 April 2013 at 11:29 pm #111663so hull, watford, or brighton have the “history/stature” of a leeds/forest/sheff wed….?…….that’s how a whopper fan would look at it,(not me), and the previous post was meant in that manner……..pay attention mr griff, you’ve published a book after allNo, clearly not. My post was in response to you slagging off those towns as shit-holes ang ‘gay’ capitals – how very enlightened.
I know I have published a book, two actually. However, I’m beginning to doubt you’ve read that many. ;)
Chin-up, Whopper – stick to rugby crowds. ;)

Hull or Bowtun to win the playoffsMy feelings on Bolton depend entirely on our performance. If we stay in I really want Bolton to go up, we go down and I hope they get battered.
Love the derby, it was starting to gain a bit of momentum in terms of an actual rivalry in the last few years.

I just don’t see the other getting much at all. Nothing in fact! We only need one of them to get nothing, and my money would be on Newcastle for that.
Highly unlikely, though.
1 May 2013 at 1:39 am #111708We only need one of them to get nothingExactly. Villa won’t have it easy at Norwich as they need the win as well.
FWIW, I reckon:
Norwich v Villa – Draw
West Ham v Toon – West Ham
West Brom v Wigan – Draw
Sunderland v Stoke – DrawNorwich 39
Sunderland 38
Villa 38
Toon 37
—
Wigan 33Wigan v Swansea – Wigan
Norwich 39
Sunderland 38
Villa 38
Toon 37
—
Wigan 36Villa v Chelsea – Chelsea
Norwich v West Brom – Draw
QPR v Newcastle – Draw
Sunderland v Southampton – Sunderland
Arsenal v Wigan – ArsenalSunderland 41
Norwich 40
Villa 38
Toon 38
—
Wigan 36Wigan v Villa – Wigan
City v Norwich – City
Toon v Arsenal – Arsenal
Spurs v Sunderland – SpursSunderland 41
Norwich 40
Wigan 39
Villa 38

Toon 38That doesn’t include Southampton who could quite easily lose away at Spurs and Sunderland as well as at home to Stoke and finish on 39. They’re currently in 13th. It is FAR from over and if we win our games then no matter what anyone else does we’ll survive.
