I want a thumping 0 – 4 win to us. I need a seriously big Feel Good Factor (FGF), I want to end the day feeling GOOD!! GOOD! I was sad to see that Cruyff had died, and I want our boys to demonstrate some of his skills, after all it is off him they will have learnt some of their skills. Added to that …. expectantly my dear old 94 year old father in law died last night, sad all the same, and I think a good win will help me feel a bit better. (don’t know why I have to tell you that, I guess its a bit of ‘therapy’ for me).

What made matters worse is that I got assaulted last night. A guy threw milk, cheese, yoghourt and cream at me. How dair-heeeeee!!
Hope you’re right Rich. It’s funny though that seeing how we have scored so many goals we have started many games looking like they have nil nil written all over them.

What’s your prediction for Rochdale; given that Grant Holt is certain to score.Papa, this is going to be a typical Wigan edge of the seat nail biter!!
Holt being that prolific goal machine is going to score early on and we’ll all grown.
Usually our debutants score and Warnock has let us down so far, so he’ll be making amends. 1 – 1.
First 20 minutes of the second half we’ll be under the usual pressure and then suddenly Perkins will pop up from nowhere, say “soddit”, and shoot from outside the box. He’s mates with power so he’ll want to better Max’s Swindon goal. And he will. 2-1.
It’s gonna be tight with jassi and donnervan working overtime, but they’ll get it up to the flying Dutchman who this time won’t take it 1 step to far, he’ll send it square to vukick the inspirational sub,who’ll politely slot it in. 3-1
