Afterall, we got to the Carling Cup Semi Finals on a weakened team !Got to the final, old china. But I fear that we lack the team spirit we had then for our fringe players to do well. In my opinion, we over achieved that year because the Championship players (Connolly, Johansson, Mahon etc) excelled simply because of the team spirit. We lost some of that spirit in 06/07, due to the departures of Roberts and Bullard. And nearly went down. Anyway, I think he’ll play…
