17 February 2012 at 6:59 pm #81505I just wonder if Dave has taken some pies over to do a bit of networking and try and shift our club to a sheik.

Well, what do you expect when you post shyte?
Swindon shouldn’t have needed a full side out to win the game, and far from being a nonentity of a game, the match in Oman is the chance to play in front of potential investors and an overseas fanbase.
I hardly think they’d have been invited over there if they were going to turn out a reserve team.

17 February 2012 at 8:13 pm #81511Winning 1-0 don’t know the scorer yet though.
Do we get league points for this? Is this our 39th game?

If that score stays the same could this be the first time in history that a goalie has kept a clean sheet for his country, played the full game and lost 1-0. :woohoo:

Perhaps we should be playing friendlies in Beech Hill and Ince, after all, that’s where the big money is.
17 February 2012 at 10:03 pm #81515Can’t believe you even take that idiot on, Standish. You’d get a better debate in the middle of Pitch 2 at the Soccerdome on a Saturday morning.
(not there tomorrow, by the way)
