The final insult would be Ashley Fletcher scoring !

We really did our very best to lose that game.

Why did he make so many subs in the second half? And we played “let’s hang on” again and came unstuck.

Really good first half, and Blackpool were shocking. Last half hour…we were shocking and we were very lucky not to lose that game, thanks to Maloney.

      Get him gone.

Were winning and we make 4 subs before Blackpool had even made their first and their chasing the game !!. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Taylor ? so he’s on his last legs with 20 minutes to go, we’ve no outlet what so ever for the best part of 30 minutes so what should you do ? Well I’d just sub like for like Hugill for Taylor the 15mins. Errrr nope not Maloney the new Tinkermiester.

We changed our left & right back left mid right mid, why why why ?
Were they tired? no, panting? no Maloney.

How many have we thrown away through not needed stupid wholesale subs ? I’ve lost count utter pointless subs and to score 4 goals and not win? well that’s a new one on me.

        Blame owner (can’t change)
        Blame players (can’t change)
        Blame manager (can change,)
I’m afraid unless we do this we will slowly drown it’s the only option we have. That team needs tvvating up the arse

Just got back….gutted.As usual and will be the case all season no F####### target man to ease the pressure. Continued to hump long balls to Aasgaard,Taylor whose game that isn’t…..never won a ball….back it comes….back it comes. It was easy to see a 2nd coming. Cw right ….same at Stockport….Taylor knackered …..surely Hugill the replacement..?….Oh no …..Mr twiddle dick knows best and over analysing completely changes set up.Forget the “unlucky ” own goal bollocks….it came from non stop pressure….no outlet…what the f##### up with trying Taylor as a no 10 behind Hugill???…..1st half Aasgaard spent most his time on his arse claiming non existent free kicks….needs some balls and a bit of steel……luxury to me…….Can’t see anything but a bottom 6 finish. No striker for goals,no striker as a target….manager who continually meddles and an owner not interested.

As for Saturday???….More chance of getting 5 lotto numbers than guessing his outfield 10. Early FA cup exit definitely on the cards. Tonight yet again was a win blown but Maloney and his substitution fetish……can’t help himself. Filing out the seats Maloney was met with applause and jeering when he came over to greet the supporters. The jeering and abuse was from what looked like a group of teens. Some middle aged guy made a f###### t##t of himself by barging through us to get at them…..spouting fouled mouth abuse at them. Think he got a clip off one …..he was then followed by 2 young knobs who I think were with him .I had to physically drag the bell end away as he nearly knocked my granddaughter over in his haste to get at them. Whoever you are if you read this…..grow up …thank yourself lucky you didn’t get spanked. Just about topped a w%%% end to the game.

I could hear the dickheads chanting ‘Do the Shaun Maloney’ again, these idiots are encouraging Maloney the prat will actually think he has the fans backing, sing summat else ffs!

Maloney fucks up the second half with needless subs, blows a two goal lead, throws away another two valuable points and some fans applaude him, we have the softest so called fans and the most happy clappers in UK football that are doing the club more harm than good!

              Fuck the EFL

If the huge rumour is true then Stones will be leaving in Jan for Oldham. I’ve heard on loan but by the way Maloney treats this young lad don’t be shocked if Danson cashes in for peanuts.
Apparently Hugill is been wrapped in cotton wool right now due to an ongoing niggling injury so I’m guessing that’s why we never saw him late on but are we forgetting about Stones again ?.

So the Stones debate?, I will try to clear this one up as it’s an important one based on our forwards strike percentage.

Some say he’s simply not good enough and there’s an argument to be had with that statement based on his recent with some saying he looks knackered he’s not fit but that’s not the problem it all boils down to how you play the lad.

In our managers eyes he prefers to sit Stones on the bench and not use him at all
                Or
Bring him on for 20 minutes and his instructions will be:-
“Run Forest run !, chase everything regardless if it’s 40 yard away in the corner or if 3 defenders are playing keep ball just run run run run run run thus burning this big lad out at warp factor 7 speed.

Hes a lump not a greyhound the type you get the ball to and around the box and let him use his strength not to act like a chicken with it’s head cut off chasing up n unders.

My whole point to that is horses for courses
THATS MALONEYS FAULT NOT JOSH STONES’S

The same Maloney who regular asks Hugill who’s not 10st piss wet through to play upside normally an older much stronger, wiser defender and to out muscle him when Hugill is a poacher that’s clearly as day but Maloney ? naaaaaa.

Jordan Rhodes came on and he went straight into the box and his first 2 efforts he was inches offside. Was he asked to run round like a tvvat at 900mph ? no he’s instructed to go in the box were he can do damage even at the age he is.
Again for the upteenth time our manager insisted on leaving Taylor on the pitch for the full 90nminutes when everyone could see he’d tanked and my personal opinion is, he’s bang average.

He had an absolute sitter of a header bang in the middle of the goal, 4 yards out and doesn’t even hit the target. I’ve seen well enough of him to comfortably say he’s a grafter but 100% not a goal scorer.

                This constant chopping and changing
This constant subbing so early into 2nd half’s when there’s absolutely no fookin need and the miss use of our forwards says it all about Maloney.

And I bet you lot haven’t though about this next comment:-

Maloney’s argument for the constant chopping and changing to our starting 11 boils down to our recent Sat Tues overloaded schedule so he rotates to rest and keep fresh.
That’s fine but 2 players he rarely rotates scored tonight

                Aimson Kerr

It’s clearly shows he can’t see the woods for the trees .
It’s time for him to leave the club
Legend ?, yes manager most definitely not

And if the night wasn’t bad enough I heard him talking utter dog sh*t after the game quote Maloney:-

“(The 2nd half) Were not really set up / threatening with the long ball”

Well Mr Manager let’s bright spark that remark then hey. If we werent set up to the pointlessly hail Mary it why didn’t you simply instruct the players from your technical area tell them to stop fookin hoofing it up to Aasgaard or Taylor.

He stood there and basically allowed it for the last half an hour then moaned like a trooper after we’d thrown away a 2 goal lead and 2 points

Reality is our 2pts dropped is solely down to the manager. The last 30 mins of humping it long for the non existant target man is his fault…..4 substitutions before they made their 1st….his fault. No Hugill fresh legs last 20 his fault…..and as CW states his treatment of Stones caps it all. The lad given instructions to play to his strengths could have been vital as they chased a 2nd…..I mean he is 1 of only 2 recognised strikers in our squad and the only target man. Personally I think we are f###### as far as sneaking a play of spot..(I actually thought possible recently)..and probably f###### as far as finishing above 18th. This stat, coaching manual approach to management may work in the Premier but in league 1 ?…the league table shows it doesn’t.

Every game there can be around 3-4 changes to the starting 10 outfield players then throughout that game Maloney will sub half of these 10, 4 normally before the hour mark.

If Taylor Aimson Kerr start the game they are rarely subbed so all these changes will be made from the remaining 7 players.

So take away Taylor (when he starts) Aimson Kerr Tickle the rest will of the remaining 7 will be constantly chopped and changed therefore never allowing for a settled side to gel or form partnerships everyone’s constantly looking over the shoulder wondering if it’s me next.

I fully understand there’s injuries midweek games and daft cup games so certain players need to be saved but how the hell can we build up any kind of consistency on field in League matches if the manager feels the need to make wholesale changes to the same 7 or 8 players every League match.

Take young Millar, he’s brought in away at Carlisle and I thought wow how impressive he looked he had an absolute superb game. Then Maloney gives him another 45 mins and 19 year old looked brilliant bound for a regular slot I’d say.

Then sadly Chambers gets injured so Millars the perfect replacement throw in him let’s see ?, nope not Maloney sorry not even the bench preferring Robinson a player he clearly doesn’t fancy based purely on the the amount of times Maloneys thrown him out on loan even when we’ve been short staffed at left back position.

It just doesn’t add up even Kai Payne similar looked way above his age.

The problem is though, Maloney is crazy obsessed with rotation to the point it’s killing us and now its costing us games.

We changed both left and right backs and both wide midfield last night after a pretty good first half and Blackpool spent the last 20-25 in our faces.

I’m convinced that in a fair few of the games we’ve played this season we’ve lost/thrown away games simply because Maloney needs to make wholesale changes when clearly there was no need to but decides to leave a player like Taylor on when everyone can see he’s knackered and can’t run another yard.

I’m sorry but it’s time for Maloney to go and his remark saying we don’t suit the long ball game second half ?. That for me just about tops if off especially when he’s the one person who can actually stop that from happening instead he preffered to moan after in front of the camera and basically blame the players for doing it.

What he should have done is instructed the players in the pitch not to do it.

Some still saying we were so unlucky….2 og’s…..Crying out loud…..we lost 2 pts simply because the defence were under siege for the reasons stated in previous posts. They were at risk constantly of mistakes and 1 at the end sealed our fate. Maloney isn’t adapting. Stockport was similar…good 1st half,Taylor f###### on trots Sibbick…..dire under cosh 2nd half….repeated and will be repeated over and over. Martinez-esq stubbornness or blindness? That 2nd half last night was shocking management, as simple as that.

I hate his interviews abit like the Spurs manager uncomfortable watches. Their becoming less and less informative and more convincing me that things are never going to get better.
I said it for weeks and weeks, once our solid defence start to leak goals were f**ked because our frontline is as poor a front line I’ve ever seen at Wigan.

The answer is obvious, pay the money and bring in 3-4 players but Danson won’t do that. Our other option is abit like decorating the house rather than move tart it up.

We need to make changes to staff and Maloney is the main one. His managerial skillset is as poor as I’ve seen in charge at Wigan, truly awful. Nothing leads me ever to think it’s improving were like oil on a climbing rope were trying and trying but draws like Blackpool putting us in reverse mode and heading for L2
