I see they have put United on at 7.30pm on the Saturday and Chelsea on 4.30pm Sunday.
Are we going to have to wait until the replays to find out when we at actually playing, really hope to goodness it is Sunday 2.00pm rather than 12.00 Saturday….
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
23 February 2018 at 2:44 pm #166868With 2 games being on the Saturday I would imagine ours will be on the Sunday!
23 February 2018 at 3:33 pm #166869I heard a rumour we were sunday 2pm kick off.
23 February 2018 at 3:49 pm #166870Monday 7-55.
23 February 2018 at 5:03 pm #166871Last year they put two games on Saturday & one each Sunday & Monday. So if they follow the same format we will be Saturday or Monday..
23 February 2018 at 5:20 pm #166872I think I read somewhere that it’s an International week and there won’t be a Monday tie because of that.
23 February 2018 at 5:42 pm #166873I think I read somewhere that it’s an International week and there won’t be a Monday tie because of that. That’s correct so we’re either the mid day Saturday, early afternoon Sunday or Friday neet. Definitely not Monday
23 February 2018 at 7:02 pm #166874Can’t be Fri we play weds
23 February 2018 at 7:44 pm #166875Can’t be Fri we play wedsThe FA Cup takes priority over all other domestic fixtures. If the TV schedule for one of the remaining 2 quarter final fixtures is for a Friday game as a result of the international break & the authorities decide Latics will play on that date then the Wednesday league fixture will be called off
23 February 2018 at 10:38 pm #166880Monday night would be a bit unfair on Southampton fans!
23 February 2018 at 10:51 pm #166881What you will have is Southampton Portsmouth and Brighton fans in the region for the weekend this may be what the hold up is with the good old plod having there say
23 February 2018 at 11:32 pm #166883Monday night would be a bit unfair on Southampton fans!Since when has anyone given a toss about the fans?
24 February 2018 at 2:49 am #166897Is nobody taking notice of what I’ve said. The game is planned for 2:30pm on Sunday. GM police are not happy that the half marathon, 5K and 1k races are taking place that day in Wigan so police resources are being stretched. With the poor publicity the old bill got for the City game, they are desperate for the game to be moved to another day. Who will win, GMP or the FA?
From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!24 February 2018 at 2:50 am #166898BBC seem to think it’s Saturday (12.30??)
28 February 2018 at 5:15 pm #167046It’s now confirmed as Sunday 18 March 1.30 kick-off.
