I am sure i heard soneone trying one out or something similar towards the end of the season coming from es2 near the drum and I dont mean the trumpet.
They should be banned

I dont think one or two would be a problem. Listening to them on tv is bad enough but to be there in the stadium full of extremely loud bees all season long would be a bit too much.
Personally dont think I would be attending too many matches if this was the case
Just my opinionUp for debate me thinks

I’d rather be in a stadium alive with noise than downright dead with failed attempts at getting chants going due to the non-compliance of ES7-10. The only time the West stand stand up is when the ref makes a dubious decision, and the South is where all the kids currently sit playing football games on their DS, if the lad sat in front of me this season in ES4 is anything to go by.
Give them a couple of vuvuzelas, they’re never going to keep up the constant noise for a whole game any way, and it will bring a good atmosphere to the games. It’s never going to get to a level that we’re seeing at the world cup, because pretty much every stadium is getting more than our capacity (let alone average attendance).
19 June 2010 at 6:08 am #37934I agree think it would add to the atmosphere. Its not as if there will be thousands of them.
19 June 2010 at 10:37 am #37935Having a few in the stadium, I can live with but hundreds/thousands would be plain stupid. Think about it, there would be NO songs & chants just loads of bee’s. When the vuvuzela sounds like a crab, come back to me.
I’d rather the drummer sit next to me than a tw@t with a vuvuzela.
