Chester FC away in pre-season all Latics fans walking off agreed we were desperately in need of at least one more striker. Saturday 6th August the season gets underway and despite a miserable pre-season on the striker front we kick of with one half fit striker and nobody on the bench to replace him. Result, a defeat against one of the weaker sides in the league.
