Where are the comments about todays game.
Thought we were solid throughout & they never really posed a threat even when fatty came on. Thought we were never ever going to score, but settled for what is arguably the scuffiest goal i have ever seen in my latics lifetime.

If Power’s goal on friday was ‘class’ goal of the season, then today’s goal gets the award of ‘scrappiest’ goal of the season. The trophy for that is a toilet seated mounted on a nice plinth.
But today was great. Another big effort from everyone. Perkins was everywhere again, Power was back to his old or young self … if you look at Club website photos the rumour is now out. McAleny is actually Power’s twin brother. Fact. MOrgan and Pearce are just brick walls that the oppo can’t get though. Yanic is great, but please stop taking it just 1 step too far. Great day out. McCann carrying a knock from Friday. Should start next game. Bit like Bradford game we never gave up and following ‘brewers droop’ we are now odds on to win league and 1-9 for promotion. The strength in the squad Caldwell built has really shone through since new year. Let’s push on and get the job done!
