I get the impression Joyce doesnt rate Grigg.

      From one game?
Some of our fans will have that impression of Joyce by now Standish.
People have every right to think that way, one question if you was the newly appointed manager would you have had Grigg on the bench against Reading?
You’re looking at this as a Wigan Athletic fan being appointed the Wigan Athletic manager, when in the real world Joyce had been with the club for 3 days, and therefore hadn’t seen much of Grigg.

Grigg has scored 3 goals in the Championship in his career. Le Fondre has scored 42 plus 12 in the Premier League.

Based on that, you’d choose Le Fondre.

Also, Grigg’s been carrying a knock over recent weeks.

So armed with that information, what would you have done?
Armed with that information apart, I would have taken no notice of Graham Barrow and would have still picked Will Grigg

Well after two weeks off he should be raring to go now. 30 minutes or so game time in the last two weeks should have re-charged his batteries.
Hope the lads on the training ground have worked out how they are going to start serving and assisting Will again. Hopefully he will start getting some support and then this ridiculous talk of burnout can be well extinguished until May.
A must to start with Yanic on Saturday.
