I would love the lad to succeed. He’s a class act, just not quite up to it at this level, IMO. We have had very few players at this club with his creativity and skill.
Unfortunately, we haven’t had too many slower, either :?

i think when he gets the ball he’s our most creative player and see’s passes that most wouldn’t.
However, in a game he doesnt get the ball enough and doesn’t really seem to give his all, though this might be due to his pace rather than effort. the problem is he has played very well in both fa cup games and still hasn’t gotten into the prem line up recently. Would rather have him than watson tbh16 February 2011 at 7:47 pm #59750With the world famous 3-2-3-2 formation…
GK: Guiseppe Paladini (St Helens born and bred, rather than Rome)
CB: David Unsworth- For that penalty vs Sheff Utd!
CB: Arjan De Zeeuw- Nuff said
CB: Titus Bramble- World’s most famous donkey, and our best defender for two seasons
CM: Wilson Palacios- Great ball winner
CM: Jimmy Bullard- Energetic and charismatic
LM: Kevin Kilbane- Never put a foot wrong, also not very spectacular like
RM: Andy Liddell- Top bloke and a decent goalscorer too
CAM: Jordi Gomez- Lazy and unconvincing, yet technically good and has a has a touch of class for a Wigan player, kind of
ST: Jason Roberts
ST: Nathan Ellington- The deadly duo up topManager: Chris Hutchings
Also worthy of a mention are
Julius Aghahowa, David Wright, Jason Jarrett, Ian Kilford, Nicky Eaden, Steve McMillan, Andreas Johansson, Josip Skoko, Stephane Henchoz, David Graham, Emmerson Thome, Paul Dalglish, Jeff Kenna, Lee Ashcroft, Kristopher Haestad, Solomon Olembe, Neil Mellor, Fitz Hall and Mike Flynn.
Because they were all invariably sh1te.
