The reason the site was down for a short while was that we moved hosting providers and it proved difficult doing this at the same time as my 9-5 job.
Anyway I think I’ve got it sorted now.
Yes I do mean players that have played for us at some time in their career.
If it was whilst currently playing for us (still on our books) then, as stated above, only Skoko and Chimbonda have done it before the five this year.
Unless my research is wrong Jamie Lawrence, Jeff Kenna, Mario Melchiot, Marlon King, Stephane Henchoz, Olivier Kapo and Svetoslav Todorov never appeared in a World Cup Finals squad. In fact Todorov was probably still at school the last time Bulgaria even qualified.

Ziegler is indeed in the Switzerland squad and batch is correct Won He Cho wasn’t even selected for the South Korea squad.
I make it 21 players BTW and that number doesn’t include Alcaraz who isn’t our player yet.
…..screw up again.Watched the game on ITV HD and they cut to an advert just before Gerrard’s goal, and miss it. ITV Sport – well ITV for that matter – is a complete joke!
Exactly the same happened to me. Watching the game only 3 minutes or so in and a bleedin Hyundai ad cuts in.
Thought to myself bet they score and low and behold I hear a cheer/scream from the kid next door. :evil:
