Yes I do mean players that have played for us at some time in their career.
If it was whilst currently playing for us (still on our books) then, as stated above, only Skoko and Chimbonda have done it before the five this year.
Unless my research is wrong Jamie Lawrence, Jeff Kenna, Mario Melchiot, Marlon King, Stephane Henchoz, Olivier Kapo and Svetoslav Todorov never appeared in a World Cup Finals squad. In fact Todorov was probably still at school the last time Bulgaria even qualified.

Melchiot went with the Netherlands to Euro 2008, and Henchoz did in 1996 and 2004 :geek:
But, as someone will snottily point out, the European championships aren’t the world cup
