It is that time of year again where your votes are needed for the FSF Annual Awards, the winners of which will be announced at The Tower of London on December 4th.
The FSF Awards are unique in thatthey celebrate the work done in all areas of football, not just the ‘on the pitch’ things. So you can expect to see some unsung heros that spend a lot of their spare time, doing thisngs in the background for their club getting a well deserved piece of recognition.
You have until the 20th November to vote for your winner, here are just some of the categories:
- Men’s player of the year
- Ladies’ player of the year
- Blogger of the year
- Commentator of the year
- Newspaper of the year
- Online Media of the Year
- Pundit of the Year
- Radio Show of the Year
- Writer of the Year
Five awards (Away Day, Club Podcast, Fans for Diversity, Fanzine (sorry, Cockney Latic Fanzine didn’t make the shortlist) and Supporter Liaison Officer of the Year, of which Wigan is represented) will be decided by an FSF Panel, so you won’t be able to vote for the Wigan Athletic SLOs.
