Wigan Athletic will play Notts County this Saturday afternoon in the FA Cup Fourth Round after the League Two side defeated Conference side Forest Green Rovers at Meadow Lane.

Wigan Athletic will travel to Nottingham on Saturday to take on Dave Jevan’s Notts County at Meadow Lane after the League Two side dispatched Forest Green Rovers with former West Brom and Oldham Athletic striker Lee Hughes grabbing the decisive goal moments after the Conference side had cancelled out Stephen Hunt’s 50th minute opener through Isaiah Rankin.

Latics have been paired against The Magpies on three previous occasions in the FA Cup, two of those ties being decided by virtue of a replay and one of those needing a penalty shoot out to separate the two sides.
