A terrible performance may be the kick up the backside we needed. And it didn’t come at the cost of a loss at least.

However, today, he was very poor. Slowed things down far too much and gave the ball away too often. He doesn’t often do that but when he does, he becomes a bit of a liability. He also needs players moving about to give him options and there was precious little of that going on today, I’m afraid.
I thought for a long time he was poor and the obvious player to be subbed but for some reason it didn’t happen, odd
