On the bright side, the longer it takes, the more likely it won’t be Caldwell or Stubbs as both are free to join whoever they want and could have been installed weeks ago.

They said they would have to wait for the play offs to finish I’m sure.
A massive candidate for me would be te bloke at Blackpool ( bowyer )who has done a miracle job with absolutely nothing.
If he fails to get them promoted then maybe he is in line for the job.
He hasn’t been mentioned but the job he has done over there is amazing and I cannot believe he isn’t in the frame
Stubbs was allegedly seen at the Barnsley game and I cannot get rid of the nagging gut feeling it is him.xTim Sherwood anyone ? hes just parted company with Swindon.
Not for me, not enough managerial experience, which is what we will need to get out of this division next season.
Had a couple wagers a 2 weeks ago on Nathan Jones…..still think he is the club’s no1 target…time will tell.
