Good signing for me. Knows the gaffer and his style. Will be able to pass some good info onto the younger lads.
The signing doesn’t fill me with too much enthusiasm if I am honest, but every squad of players needs hardened professionals like Roberts, Hunt and Perkins. They will pass on their experience to the younger players and to keep the heads of up and coming stars like Powell, Morsy, Burn and Grigg out of the clouds.

Come on its just Cook giving his drinking buddies a job for 12 months. They’re not actually going to be in the first team. They are lesser players than Craig Davies who we dumped last season.
