Hasn’t named them, the figures or any other details of the bid so he hasn’t breached anything.

I have no idea if it’s true or not, but Nixon throwing around figures, details of bids and the status of bids (in some instances before they happened) may have led to some people believing there is a leak somewhere which if they are wanting to remain anonymous may have scared them off. Things like this have to remain quiet until they are completed which is why we know very little about what is going on.

Hopefully there isn’t a leak at the club or this could be going on for quite a while.
