Good post that Minerava – needs to be near the top, especially as I am going to have my say now (with a bit of luck Owd Git will be in bed now)
I have sat behind the ‘bench’ a couple of times this season and
1. RM is as quiet as a door mouse
2. When he does speak he is very softly spoken
3. No one listens to him or
4. Chooses to ignore him
5. GJ is no better
6. No one is geeing up or bollocking them
just my observations and opinion like
