Is it not time for martinez to bring in an experienced assistant in albeit on a short term deal he is struggling now, jones and barrow not up to it Paul Hart available no compo to pay, did a great job last year at Pompey keeping them up in trying circumstances, so been there and done it, he also has to find a Plan B, has been too much of a one trick pony, need more grit oh for a cattermole, back four become a soft touch, and worried about new keeper, stoke will certainly test him, next week.with their up and under, long throw game, lets try 442, for once, at sunderland, heres hoping. :)

1. RM is as quiet as a door mouse
2. When he does speak he is very softly spoken
3. No one listens to him or
4. Chooses to ignore him
5. GJ is no better
6. No one is geeing up or bollocking themjust my observations and opinion like

Nowt wrong with that – it’s a different record and constructive. Carry on old chap. :mrgreen:
Definitely need someone behind the scenes. The players are as good as most in bottom half of Premiership. A good coach could transform the season. There is lots of evidence they aren’t taking any notice of RM – and who can be surprised. Ever tried working for a boss who you don’t respect – and when he’s got 2 no mark deputies it’s even worse. DW won’t sack them but unless he brings in a new coach we’ll go down. Paul Hart could do the trick but the trouble is it’d undermine RM still more- and Dave won’t do that. I’d ask Arjan to put away his physio books and return.
