the fact you spend time to actually log on to the forum to just wind proper fans up is a credit to your rehabilitation.
Here are a few little opinions of mine that you may like to take on board, or maybe not. either way i couldnt care less. We outplayed a top premierleague club today convincingly. We limited them to practically no chances yet gifted them two soft penalties in which is unfortunate and hard to accept if you were a fan present at the game.
We created chance after chance and should have come away with 3 points. we didnt and thus we move on to the next game.
To say we sat back and then proceeding to blame Martinez is utter she-eight. if you did attend the game, then maybe you need to start watching the game.
you can now go to bed with the satisfaction that you have managed to successfully wind up a wigan fan.

So from the moment we scored to the moment they scored we didnt `sit back`?Area yer a tool fella.
You either didnt go to the game or are completely clueless. OK. Here goes. Between their goals and ours we played some great football, attacked at will and almost added to our tally on many occasions against a good Everton side. Nzogbia, then Moses twice, McCarthy had chances hence us (according to BBC stats) having 13 shots throughout the course of the game and Everton having 3 (including two penalties).
Im as disappointed with the next man with the end result but today we played well pretty much to a man. Some of the football played was outstanding and i dont see what Bobby could have done different. Im still confident we will stay up and will be enjoying the drive to Villa in my Ferarri which gives me much more status than you in your Benzo ya boring get!

ive just been watching the game again now on football first as i write this, & i am more frustrated now at the chances missed than what i was this afternoon. this is not bob’s fault, but the team’s failure at not putting the ball in the net.The top and bottom of it is,there are fans out there who will find fault with what ever bob does and really believe we should be challengeing for the title and champions league……..get real……we are starting to turn the corner.Charlie Nic at dinner time said “DW has backed roberto which is the right thing to do not like sullivan at wet spam who has said they are down now,what does that tell your team,DW is a football man who knows what roberto is doing will take time.

so which is it -nicholas is right because he supports your theory on whelan/martinez – or nicholas is right because he says we sat back as some on here also think ?
i somehow think that, like martinez supporters always do,you will be selective in which story to believe and will use any nomarks view if it suits you.
which ever way you look at it we should have won today and were damn unlucky not to do so – but if we invite teams to come on to us after taking the lead(which has happened for the last 3 weeks including when we were 3-0 up at blackpool) they will eventually punish us and despite our numerous missed chances that has been the story of this season.
