FROM THE TERRACES TO THE TAPROOM 2010

After the resounding success of last year’s event, ‘Terraces to the Taproom’ evening returns, a live event where the spirit of football fanzines is brought to life in a celebration of the beautiful game locally, nationally and globally and brought to you by the people behind a Wigan Athletic fanzine ‘The Mudhutter’.

This great night will take place on Friday 16th April at the Bellingham Hotel, doors are from 7.30pm with last orders around 11.30pm.

In a year when football truly demonstrates what a global game it is, and as the greatest football competition in the world awaits us this summer, we take an offbeat look at World Cup’s past and present. The Mudhutter takes you on a journey back to the terraces of a non league Springfield Park and brings you right up to date with a look at football in the 21st century.

Tickets purchased in advance are priced at just £3 which includes half time pie, a copy of the latest issue of the fanzine and a programme (£4 on the night if any tickets remain)
