There will be some relief for certain sectors of Wigan Athletic fans as some of the more under rated players are to leave the Club.
Olivier Kapo came to Latics with very high hopes, but season after season of unconvincing displays in training and even worse ones on the pitch have seen him request for a termination of his contract. The Club didn’t have to think very long and granted him his wish immediately and so off he went into the sunset.
Jason Koumas has always had the talent and flair for the game, several performances have proved that, but his commitment and work rate have always been the downfall for him and as he has seen his chances grow far and few between, he jumped at the chance for a loan deal move to Cardiff for the season.
Jason Scotland had a torrid time last season after showing promise at Swansea, but the striker is looking set for a £1 million move to Ipswich Town, the deal should go ahead on Monday unless talks break down for any reason.
