For obvious reasons the turd burglers up the road,but should Barnsley even be afforded a play off spot ?. Seems to have gone under everyone’s radar that in July last year Barnsley were hit with multiple breaches of EFL regulations…..Failing to provide the League with correct and/or complete information regarding the beneficial ownership of shares in the club despite a request for such information being made by the League.
Failing to provide the League with the necessary notifications regarding the ownership position at the club.
Failing to publish accurate information on the club’s website concerning the ultimate owners of the significant interest in the club. Nearly 12 months on ….nothing. My email to Efl was replied with “cannot discuss the progress of “……..we’d have been in National league North had it been us…..shambles.!!!
