Oh and the band you posted in the link, wouldn;t listen to them personally. Ever. Sounded awful. They wouldn;t get signed to be fair, thta’s why they always told people they was ‘on the verge’. Even though they werent.

Dunno whether Spidermonkeys got paid at Boulevard or not. Personally, I wouldn’t gig for free…..unless it was for charity, or something. And then again, I know of some singers who demand FULL WHACK for charity gigs, which personally, I think is scandalous.
Thing is about Spidermonkeys, they are NOT pretentious. They admit they are a covers band, nothing more. Fair play to them.
