Before I vote in this referendum I need to know if it is:
1. Binding?
2. what proportion of the population has to vote for it to be valid?
3. Whether we all know what we are voting for?
4. What is an acceptable margin to declare an outright victory, and whether that is proportional to the turnout?
5. That if this all goes horribly to worms that the person who delared the need for the referendum fesses up and makes an appearance, even if it is in the stocks.
