If and this a big if DW sell out to someone else will the stadium stay in the ownership of welco or would it be in the ownership of the new owners ?
It wouldn’t make any difference.
If the land your house is on house is leasehold and the the owner of the lease sells that leasehold to another company then the ground rent cannot be increased, as you have a fixed term agreement.
The problem with the pitch was caused by Wigan Athletic training on it during the bad weather when they were unable to use their own training facilities.
The head groundsman went ballistic. Surely as a premier league club you would think that with all the money Wigan Athletic get from Sky they could afford training facilities with undersoil heating.
