I’m not surprised,, he loves to belittle us at every opportunity, he’s a twit in my view.(though with an alphabetically superior vowel)

Was one of the reasons he listed that

“City had been comfortably outplayed by a team that were far better on the day and a two goal margin wouldn’t have flattered them ?”

He would comment in depth on why city lost (manicini leaving being one of them) and then say at the end “but wigan were excellent”

Sounded like when Dave Whelan said he had Chinese friends after his Chingaling incident.
