Al Habsi

I know I’m nit picking here coz overall the fellas performances are generally top notch but someone needs to have a word about his positioning & the wall at free kicks.
The whole purpose of having the wall is for it to protact one side of the goal whilst the keeper protects the other. if the free kick taker manages to get it up & over the wall then you hold your hands up & say well done.
It seems pointless however to line the wall up centrally, leaving clear space on either side of the wall for the free kick taker to aim at & then compound that error by standing directly behind the wall.
As well struck as the free kick was, had Al Habsi been standing where he shoudl have been that first goal would have been a relatively routine save but as it was, coz of his positioning, by the time the ball had been smashed past the wall into the gaping space it had been invited into Al Habsi had no time to react
