Good romour, Al Absi is upset as he thought he was going to be No.1goalkeeper because of Kirklands injury saga.If he had been I think our goals against would be a LOT lower. He is twice the keeper than Kirkland at present. He kept us in the game at Dundee, but that clown Martinez is soooooooo stubborn he is always right…How many games have we lost with an unfit goalkeeper are we going carry this man all seasont. Just to prove me right, if Al Habsi plays tomorrow watch the differance.

I have a Bolton fan workmate who was sick when Al habsi signed for us.He thinks he is a better keeper than Jaaskelainen but for whatever reason isn’t given a fair crack of the whip there.Jaaskelainen was injured at the end of Megsons first season and Al Habsi was the main reason they stayed up according to my mate.

Maybe Martinez felt he had to play Kirkland as there was nobody else in Caldwell’s absence who could lead the team? Though Kirkland didn’t do a particularly good job at that either.
