it seems that our chairman has gone public with his disgust he shares with the incident between steadman and alcaraz. he has shown this by going public to the sun newspaper and has said that he will fully back any punishment that the manager see’s fit. as our chairman is a stickler for saving money, cutting the wage bill and showing the media he is a person that believes in football being a propper sport that should not tolerate any signs of un-sportsman like behaviour… and his keen eye to cash a player in for a profit, could this be the start of a un-happy alcaraz that has his wages docked, then sold on for a profit, all in the interest of the sport?
i can honestly see this happening as the january transfer window start to creep up on us. and as bobby has been asked by dave to reduce his wage bill, and essentially it WILL be the chairman who will punish alcaraz when all is said and done. this all is swinging to another departure that saves the club cash.
i thnk his head has gone but so would i if i had to play with a team like that. no belief no heart nothing.
