On my jollies following any Wigan news which understandably thin on the ground .Only news is the big club interest in Gelhardt which I’m hoping is journalistic trawling. Surely we not considering selling such a financial and playing commodity so soon in his career.More pitch time,more expected improvement means more dosh later.Really will be a poor decision if we did.
I just hope Lopez has a stinker this Saturday. If he shines then it just highlights the type of player Cook prefers and the unwillingness to play promising players.
We played a tidy sum for Lopez and gave him one chance in the FA Cup. Gelhardt would be stupid going to a big prem club, bought them loaned out then sold, we could do that
