I’m going to give Donnelly the benefit of the doubt here…
I don’t think he meant to say “Another From Celtic”. I think he meant to say exactly what he said – “Another Form Celt”, as in someone of celtic descent who is in good form at the moment.
There are three flaws with this view:-
1) I suspect McGeady is gaelic, not celtic
2) I dont; know who the ‘other’ form celts are
3) There’s not a chance Donnelly would have thought to use that phrase.
So, on reflection, Donnelly – you’re an eejit. Stop ending your sentences too quic
