And Wigan Warriors moan when they have to switch a game from a Friday to a Monday? It could be worse…..

Speaking on behalf of the people of Salford I would like to say nobody could honestly care less.

You think Rugby is a minority sport in Wigan they cant even give the tickets away here!

I get reels of VIP tickets offered for the new ground through work all the time that are rarely taken up.

i feel sorry for the players of the clubs who take part below s/league. what is the motivation or anything to aspire to when you play all season, finish top and then get told your going nowhere. if i was one of these players, i would walk away from the game and do something else.

the olympics has catapulted minor sports into the stratosphere. a fellow minor sport like RL is in danger of falling even further behind in terms of participation, sponsorship etc as it has been completely ignored in the national papers as the country has more pressing matters.

i know a few people down south who didn’t even know that super league is in season. they thought it finished in may when the football season finished !!!!!!!!

the future is very, very bleak for an already dying game i’m afraid. union keeps getting bigger and richer, RL is going the opposite way into oblivion.

on the plus side, at least our pitch will get a rest :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
