Think the fella is improving with every game,he needs to get forward more as proved yesterday.Yes he drops the odd bollock,but he can be a real threat at set pieces.
I have been impressed by both Alcarez and Caldwell the last few games.
As you say, some errors still, but that’s what happens to defenders (and keepers) – if a midfielder makes a mistake no-one remembers.
They seem more confident – and that can only be good news.
Great goal yesterday by Alcaraz and Caldwell is shaping up to be one of the contenders for player of the season-incredible!
I’ve always liked both Caldwell and Alcaraz. Yes they make some mistakes but if they didn’t they wouldn’t be playing for us. Not only is Caldwell now looking comfortable but he’s starting to look like the leader we’ve always needed.
Also , Beausejour seems to have took some stick in the press for his two bad misses , but the first time cross he put in for Alcaraz’s goal was pure quality. If he puts crosses in like that and continues to get into those goal scoring positions then he’ll do for me.
33/1 he will do for me and 10/1 for latics v scum pool keep it coming.I think the system suits both Alcatraz and superman..
