Talk of Chelsea looking at him.. market value currently £20 million + .. does anyone know the potential monies we’d get if it went through ..? believe that Everton get a [ slight ] cut too ?

Fulham actually paid £2million to help Latics out but – crucially – they accepted a sell-on clause of 20 per cent.
I would have thought Fulham would ask for alot more than that, more in the region of £35-£40 million, £20 million might alert a few more clubs home and abroad but if they do there leaving right up to D Day
