Er, no he didn’t.
The reason I didn’t go today was because I didn’t want to travel all that way to see a mixture of fringe players, development team players and some senior players wearing the tics shirt and probably getting beat.
I bow down to the 500 or so fans who made the trip but as for shock result?.. not in my mind.
I watched the game on my PC in the comfort of my conservatory and witnessed the type of performance I expected. Not many positives at all apart from young Mustoe at left back and occasional decent runs from Macmanaman.
Must admit we looked a far better team when Gomez came on and as for Moses, although he didn’t get much of a run out, he looked as interested in the game as me and my two mates watching with a can of cheapo nasty in each hand.From Matlock to ManU
