Can’t wait, I hear you all say !
28 July 2017 at 11:24 pm #160740Looking forward.. not sure but bet your ass I will be there season after season..
28 July 2017 at 11:30 pm #160741If Bogle, Power and a few more fringe players are the last to go and we get in another forward or two as replacements then I will be happy enough and raring to go.
If Powell, Morsy, Burn or Grigg join the exodus then I will be less happy and just a bit pissed off, but at present I can live with the departures.

Thats the big question though Horc, will they be replaced? I won’t hold my breath!
Fuck the EFL
29 July 2017 at 12:51 am #160745Like the rest of you i was but this starting a new season with a completely new team is doing my nut in, i can live with Power and Bogle going but no more, but i can’t see it, may be another 3 or 4 going of our better players and we’ll be starting with a new team again its like giving everyone else a 12 pt start on us, enough’s enough.
29 July 2017 at 12:57 am #160746What has gone up to now is to be expected apart from Bogle. A proven goalscorer so we should play to his strengths and he would score goals. We have got shut of two strikers and transfer listed Bogle within a week and are sniffing around a striker in a Zimmer frame who makes Cooky laugh. We have one friendly left for players to play together and gel. Many players will not have had a full ninety minutes before next week. The worst preparation for a season I can ever remember. Then there’s Cooks version of one up top, the jury will be open on that. I would have preferred a manager who played proper football. Think the season is starting weeks too soon for us and if there’s any more exits then staying up will be the priority.
29 July 2017 at 1:32 am #160750Was expecting a slowish start anyway LHL what with a new manager & a new philosophy.. Then a strong finish.
At the moment I’m still optimistic, as long as the squad stays pretty much as is.29 July 2017 at 1:40 am #160752New manager and exactly the same philosophy.
29 July 2017 at 2:50 am #160756New manager and exactly the same philosophy. And how have you come to that conclusion Donny?
I’ve not seen any pre season games but listening to cooks comments it doesn’t sound like he has the pass pass pass for the sake of it philosophy of previous managers.29 July 2017 at 12:51 pm #160758Can’t wait. Sooner that Bury game comes round, the better. Be good if we can go to MK Don’s and bring the points back, mind. I’m not bothered about the league cup in all honesty. I think it’s a joke how it comes into play after one league game.
Raring to go. Pre season Saturdays are boring.
