I’m after booking our City tickets online (were season ticket holders) but I’m struggling even though I’ve done it in the past.
So I log in to my account, drop my ticket in the basket and although the other people are named in my “Network” I cant sse how to purchase for them. How the fook do you do it ?.
Before you would put a ticket into the basket then there would be an assign symbol at the side and you added whoevers season ticket to it but that’s not there, well I can’t see the fooker.
Can someone tell me how I do this online ?
3 February 2018 at 3:30 pm #165879I havent got mine yet, but I just had a look.
Logged on, then clicked on account management. In here there is an option for reserved seats and when you click on this mine all appear and I can add all to basket.
Hope this helps3 February 2018 at 3:31 pm #165880You have to get them individually. It only recognises your client code as its just yours that is available to you. It’s no problem I got three by loging into the other two people’s client code. Bit of a bummer it you want them delivered it will be 2 dabs per ticket. Your best bet is to use the e- ticketing option and print them off at home.
Hope this helps. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!4 February 2018 at 2:52 pm #165906Ok thanks chaps I’ll look now
4 February 2018 at 3:07 pm #165907I had to do them individually
5 February 2018 at 2:13 pm #165948I bought 10 just on my season ticket. Didn’t have to assign to anybody else, which I’ve had to do for big games in the past.
5 February 2018 at 11:51 pm #165959Is that right Tez? Was wandering myself how many tickets you was allowed per season ticket?
6 February 2018 at 3:23 am #165960I bought 10 just on my season ticket. Didn’t have to assign to anybody else, which I’ve had to do for big games in the past. The question was in connection with purchasing other season card seats on the same log in. This has to be done individually. You can buy as many tickets as you want in none season ticket seats.
Checking the latest position on seats bought, it is looking like about 10-12,000 home crowd.

What a journey!6 February 2018 at 1:41 pm #165961Just to clarify then.
Our season tickets are in the south. I got 10 unassigned seats in WS4 using my client code, using online ticketing.I would imagine tomorrow you’ll be able to buy as many as you want online on one client code.
6 February 2018 at 2:38 pm #165962Were you buying on behalf of you and 9 other ST holders, or are you acquiring tickets for infrequent visitors to the DW – ie the gloryhunters that so many on this board openly dispise.
6 February 2018 at 3:47 pm #1659656 Season ticket holders, the other 4 are Gallaghers

That has been the case since they went on sale. The point that’s being made is that people couldn’t buy the seats normally occupied by ST holders even for those who normally sit there.
As an example: in my network I also have my son and my grandson who have their seats next to me.
I could not just log in to my account, and as well as buying my seat buy their’s.
If I’d wanted unassigned seats I could do it (as you did). But we wanted our normal seats and there is no way I could do that in one transaction (and one £2 fee).
The club do need to look at this as it never used to be a problem.
Is there a new computer system in place? @Jason?6 February 2018 at 4:25 pm #165967Anyone caught buying tickets for away fans shouod be banned for life
6 February 2018 at 7:15 pm #165974We’ve not enough to start off with, without banning folk
If we don’t sell to people who don’t normally come or who’d stopped coming, then we’d be moaning we’re a laughing stock. However you dress it up all the extras that come to this game are in the main there to see the City stars
6 February 2018 at 8:00 pm #165978It’s illegal for a start off Tez H and there is a massive difference in people turning up to watch City as a one off and actually being a City fan.
At least the FA and powers that be cant fine us, deduct us points etc etc for having no fans. They can do if it kicks off in the stands though which is why we have the issues with police that we have after the first Prem season.
