Something smells about all this. Probably the French player’s agent to be honest, but there’s summert bizarre going on.
28 August 2010 at 3:11 am #44386Not really bizarre – just, as you say Griff, greedy agent and greedy player.
I’d let him sit in the reserves for a while now. He obviously doesn’t want to play for us, and we were resigned to not having him.
Pour encourager les autres ;)
28 August 2010 at 3:12 am #44387smells of sunderland ,has steve bruce about it.
28 August 2010 at 3:23 am #44388smells of sunderland ,has steve bruce about it.i have thought that all along – would not surprise me in the slightest – because nzogbia isnt exactly endearing himself to a prospective new employers by his actions
UNLESS it was pre planned with someone with no morals trying very hard to fill his harrods shopping bag

28 August 2010 at 10:54 am #44401Bit harsh that Micky, there have been far worse media gossip related posts than that, to be fair.
Garswood – yep, probably right. The devil in me was looking for something more sinister
28 August 2010 at 12:21 pm #44406You are so right, watch out for a last day bid.
28 August 2010 at 1:16 pm #44415I wouldn’t be suprised if Spurs came in for N’Zogbia.

[/quote]the mirror are reporting that birmingham are not happy with something more than just money in the nzogbia episode -no aimless speculation or false rumour,
even arsewipes like you get things right now and again – if you want to contribute to any depate, you tosser, by all means do so ,but research what you are typing and then foward your own opinion on it -like i do- quote sources every now and again if they are relevent, which in this case i thought was.but more so when you are a braindead p r i c k like you obviously seem to be -and have nothing of any substance to say
button it !
28 August 2010 at 4:36 pm #44443I can almost hear the tone of the call from Niall Quinn on 31 August now….
NQ: I hear Birmingham have pulled out. We’ll offer you £6 million.
DW: Shove it. I’d rather let him rot in the reserves than sell him for that.
NQ: Ok then. But doing that is going to cost you another £30k per week until January, by which time my offer will be £4 million. After all, he’ll not be match fit.
DW: But you’ve already screwed me over with Cattermole & Bramble. I’ll be damned if you are doing it again.
NQ: There’s our offer Mr Whelan, I think you’ll find it most unfair.
1 September. N’Zog unveiled as a Sunderland player in a £6m deal.
