Don’t mind opinions, just not the same mundane replies you and your gang keep dishing up, just like the way you finished your sentence.Your send everybody to sleep repetitive system is what you are becoming the world leader at
I hae said it before, people must have shallow depressing lives if all they can do is have negative comments by default.
I for one will hope we win to justify Matrinez and his style of football. Pray we never bring back hoof it football.
I smile when I see the “The system doesn’t work”, “it is boring” and “there is too much passing and sideways movement”, it doesn’t work does it, ask:

Chelsea
Manchester United
Real Madrid
Barcelona
The list would go on……The system DOES work, Roberto just has a link or two missing that when found will turn things around. People have to be blind to not see that.
I do come from the camp that I think it might be too late by the time he does find it, I just hope it is sooner rather than later.
Fact is, the footballing teams do better than just survive when they get it right, how many hoof ball teams will there be in the European places cone the end of this season?

It is the players that aren’t quite up to the standard of the Arsenals, Man U’s, Real Madrids, even Liverpools of this world, not the coach’s tactics.
And asking those same players to play in a slightly different formation will make not one jot of difference. In fact, a team like ours that can’t pass very well would be even more giddy and nervy on the ball in a 442 and would have to resort to hoofing it longer.
All that means is we give the ball back to the opposition sooner.
We have a lot more than a link or two missing. The reason that Utd, Arsenal, Barca etc can play like this is they have a team of world class players. We have a team of good players much better than the likes of Fulham, Bolton, Stoke and our position over the last 2 seasons suggest however the system and manager is not helping them
