does not think he may need to bring in new faces
he feels the three coming back from injury moses, mcarthy , and de santo will do the job
well i think bobs lost the plot
and whelan said players must leave before any come in
so bosseli goes and no one to replace him wtfks going on

You can’t really be that daft Bicky, can you? It’s obvious that your big mate Dave has told him there’s no money unless he raises it from sales and, as much as you might want him to, there is no way that Bob is going to publicly say “I need some more players, cost the squad that we have is cr@p and bound to go down, but that old grey-haired coont won’t give me any more money so we might as well all pack up and go home”

Not quite sure why he would think that when the club has been in the bottom 5 of the division for all but 3 games this season including when all 3 were available for selection to him :? :? :? :? :?
Regarding Boselli – I think we’ll see someone come in (albeit on loan) to cover his absence & was Bobby not interviewed after Saturday’s game saying he was stepping up his search for a new striker this week?
Or maybe he really is losing all his marbles
Griff – I think Whelan’s hair is more white than grey. Don’t you?
Boselli hasn’t “gone”. He’s out on loan which means the club is still paying a proportion of his wages.
As TL said, the likelyhood is we’ll get a striker on loan until the end of the season.
grif or to put it in lay mans terms
bob goes to whelan screwing his flat cap saying please sir i want some more
with a almighty roar from whelan MORE you want MORE
bob then tucks his tail between his legs and quietly sneeks
out
and by the way yes grif i am daft as people on here who know me will tell you

Yup, I think you got it spot on there. I withdraw the ‘daft’ comment ;)

You are right about the loan quota Bath we have two loans, so unless Cleverley goes back to Manure or we sign Ali, we won’t be getting anyone else in on loan.
This is the stumbling block and is possibly why we appear to be dithering at the moment in the transfer window. If we have to pay a little bit more to get Ali, let’s pay it so we can shift someone in on loan who might nick us a goal or two.
Ali has been for me one of our few shining lights so far this season and is one of the major reasons why after our two early season horror shows we are not shipping goals like we did last season.
Makes me laugh how every one knows the terms of the Bosselli loan I would presume that sending a player out on loan would be to free cash up for player/players coming in
