1) Practice defending set-pieces. Our defence is absolutely stationary when it comes to marking people at set-pieces, and that is because there is no LEADERSHIP….
2) Get Boycie back at centre-half and appoint him captain. Drop Scharner and sell him to any idiot who’ll have him.
3) Tell Kirkland that the big white thing he stands in is called a ‘goal’, and that his job is to stop the ball from going in them. Not to stand to one side of the bloody thing.
4) Get Diame to show Gomez how to pass and tackle.

5. Sign a striker preferably someone we have heard of.
6. Get Edman in the team.
7. get a defensive coach, the defence that were so good last year look Pisspoor this term.
Don’t overact like most on here, and take with a pinch of salt the negative posts.
Swap the team around a bit as you think nessessary.
Look for the warchest key, its probably in Ms Spencers undergarments.

Don’t have to play champ manager to work out that our defence is a shambles. Though I’m sure Bob will have worked that out himself.
If our defence is a “shambles” and Bobby has worked it out then i’m pleased for him. If, however, he needs the help of internet managers to get it sorted then I might be quite worried.
